I'm an active person and enjoy being outside walking, working out, rucking, and bike riding. Cedar Creek and Trexler Park are two parks very near to my residence. I'm centrally located to both of the region's largest hospital networks in a time of emergency. Grocery shopping is very convenient. Within a 10 mile radius there is a Wegmans, Costco, Whole Foods, Target, Aldi, Walmart, and Grocery Outlet, plus other retail shops and restaurants. I'm within one mile of Cedar Crest College, renowned for its nursing programs. Cetronia is located in Parkland School District, one of PA's best school districts with high ratings for quality of education and SAT scores. Crime is almost non-existent. If there is one thing I'd change about Cetronia it'd be to create a biking lane on Broadway and Spring House Road for safe travel for cyclists on two busy and heavily travelled roads....
