Hey there – Chantal here! I’m a mom of two and certified personal trainer.

Welcome to my site and welcome to my post about the most delicious PB fit cookies!

Have you ever tried a “healthy” cookie that promised to be as tasty as it was healthy?

If you have, then you know that it can be really hit-and-miss to try to make your favorite recipes healthy.

Not these PB Fit cookies!

But not when it comes to PB Fit cookie recipes!

If you aren’t already on the PB Fit train, it’s time to hop on. PB Fit, if explained in simple terms, is just powdered peanut butter with pea protein added.

However, since it’s been stripped of nearly all of the oil, it’s super lean (low fat compared to regular peanut butter).

It also has less calories.

Not only does the powder make for a great baking additive, it also comes in a few great varieties. You can get chocolate flavored PB Fit, Pumpkin Spice PB Fit, Vegan, and Sugar-Free.

So basically, no matter what your dietary needs are, you can use this product in some delicious PB Fit cookies.

You can even make some de-lish brownies and other baked goods.

I have only tried PB Fit in a few things, but the internet has my back on this whole PB Fit cookie recipes thing. (Seriously, I love Pinterest.)

So, when I was looking for some healthy cookie recipes (okay, at least healthy-ish) to try, I was surprised to see that so many people have already dialed the PB Fit cookie game in.

The only “bad” thing that I can find so far about these types of cookies is that they are naturally going to be all about that peanut butter flavor.

Even though chocolate flavors of peanut powder exist, they are pretty much going to be the same flavor combinations.

No chocolate cranberry or lemon cookies here!

A Few Tips for the Best Cookies

Baking cookies is already a bit of an art, but baking cookies with unconventional ingredients can be even trickier.

If you are using powdered peanut butter, a sugar substitute, or any special ingredients (i.e. specialty low-carb products), then you should keep a few things in mind.

(Even baking with natural peanut butter or almond flour can have a learning curve!)

When making these PB powder cookies, consider using your best baking sheet along with parchment paper.

Also, since this is not regular PB we’re talking about, there is less fat content.

That being said, be sure to use cooking spray on your cookie sheet if you don’t have a cookie mat or parchment paper!

At the end of the day, the best way to figure out the best PB2 peanut butter cookies (or PB Fit, whatever) is to do a little trial and error!
