I love this place—I always come here to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. For me, threading agrees with my skin way better than waxing. Every lady here knows what she’s doing and the prices are cheaper than what you see at the mall. Last time I got my eyebrows done right before my best friends wedding and the makeup artist said my brows were perfect; they didn’t have to do anything to them! Pro tip: bring cash or they will have to charge you a little bit more to cover the credit card charges.

Worst Facial Service Ever!!! I tried facial at Rupa spa for three times. Every time, the lady didn’t even properly cleaned or removed blackheads. For my 45 minutes facial, she did only 10 minutes facial massage and put the face pack for 15 minutes. It was like I am paying for cleaning and face pack. Don’t waste your money here.

Utter waste of money and time. The lady doing facial doesn’t even know what products are being used, will they cause any skin irritation or rashes, cannot even recommend the facial based on the skin type. Did not apply enough pressure in the upward directions of the face so that the product will be well absorbed. Pores are not cleaned properly. Hardly took 20 mins for facial and charged $50. don’t visit this place for facial and waxing.

Great at threading!!! However do not come here to get your brows tinted. I tried to venture out of my norm by getting a tint as well, and it was VERY botched and sloppy looking and I ended up rushing home to use castor oil and makeup remover to remove the tinting.

Rupa and her mom have always been so accommodating and work around my schedule. They both have very soft hands!! Akriti does great hair styles and everythinnnng else as well!
