Two arraigned for drug possession with more charges pending from Tewksbury Police

TEWKSBURY —A man and a woman from Lawrence are facing multiple drug charges after they were arrested at a hotel Friday. Julio Rivera, 35, and Kara Waugh, 31, were arraigned in Lowell District Court Friday on drug possession charges with more serious possible charges pending.
