Summary

The World Over Heaven ( commonly referred as "TWOH" according to the community ) is a stand that is owned by Heaven Ascended DIO, which is the main antagonist and features in the final scenes of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes Of Heaven, which is one of the videogames that is JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (JJBA) related. The World Over Heaven, although non-canon, is the strongest stand in the entire Jojo's Bizarre Adventure universe because of its ability to overwrite reality. Along with its incredible strength, speed, durability, and the ability to stop time makes this even more powerful and dangerous.

Backstory

In the alternate universe where DIO has defeated Jotaro Kujo, he has completed his goal into achieving Heaven, making him Heaven Ascended DIO with The World Over Heaven. With its newfound abilities of Over Heaven itself, he now has the ability to enter any type of reality he wishes, but Heaven Ascended DIO himself decided to go to the universe where Jotaro defeats him to use his newfound power to end the Joestar bloodline.

How to Obtain

To get The World Over Heaven, you will need to use DIO's Diary on The World in order to get The World Over Heaven. As for The World OVA Over Heaven, you will need to use Dio's Diary on The World OVA in order to get The World OVA Over Heaven. As for EVA-01, you will need to use Ornstein's Spear on The World Over Heaven to get EVA-01.

Evolutions

There are three types of evolutions for this stand, here are the evolutions you can make with The World Over Heaven

• The World Over Heaven + Ornstein's Spear = EVA-01
• The World Over Heaven + Dio's Skull = Dio's The World
• The World Over Heaven OVA + Dio's Skull = Dio's The World OVA

Skills

E - Heavenly MUDA Barrage

The World Over Heaven will punch the enemy 40 times beyond the speed of light, being much faster than its counterparts. Each punch deals 6.25 damage, making it one of the strongest barrages in the game.

• This barrage will last for 5 seconds and it has a 5 second cooldown.

R - Ascended WRYY Punch

The World Over Heaven will quickly charge its right fist before releasing it with great force, dealing 45 damage and high knockback.

• This skill has a cooldown of 8 seconds.

T - Reality/Destructive Overwrite

The World Over Heaven reveals its true power by charging up a powerful punch that erases reality itself, dealing 90 damage to the target and slight knockback.

• This skill has a cooldown of 30 seconds.

Y - Heal Overwrite

The World Over Heaven erases the injuries of the target and heals them by 50 HP.

• This skill has a 30 second cooldown

B + Y - Self Heal Overwrite

The World Over Heaven will erase the injuries of the user itself, healing them by 50 HP.

• This skill has a 30 second cooldown just like the Y Move (Rewriting Heal)

F - Ascended Time Stop

The user and The World Over Heaven will perform a short animation before stopping time for 10 seconds. The user can freely kill anyone during this period as it lasts very long. Knives also become spammable during the state of Time Stop.

• During timestops, all moves of The World Over Heaven will have a shorter cooldown. For example: Knife Throw has a 4 second duration, but with timestops, it now has a 1.3 second cooldown, making it almost spam-able.

H - Reality Shattering Pulse

The World Over Heaven will charges its fist and punch the ground with full force, releasing a heaven-like blast that damages enemies who are near it, dealing 50 damage while stunning them when launching them upward.

V - Reality Shattering Knife

The user with will throw a knife charged with their stand's power, dealing 50 damage. This is overall the strongest projectile in the entire game. This move also becomes spammable during the state of Time Stop.

• This skill has a 4 second cooldown

Pros and Cons

Pros

• Godly damage output.
• Extremely high durability.
• Good combo potential.
• Has one of the best blocks in the entire game (90% reduction).
• Can heal others and has access to a self-heal.
• Strongest single-knife throw overall.
• Good zoner.
• Timestop lasts for 10 seconds which is the longest time stop in the game (along with other Over Heavens).
• Knives are spammable in Time Stop.
• Every move bypasses every counter in the game, including Love Train.

Cons.

• High cooldowns.
• Lacks mobility.
• Time Stop can be canceled by Return to Zero, despite being an Over Heaven.
• Time Stop is useless if opponents are airborne or use an evasive ability such as Time Erase.
• V requires good aim.
• Struggles against stands/specs with greater mobility if not used correctly.
• Some moves are predictable, despite having an S in speed.

Battle Strategies

• Projectile - The World: Over Heaven has a very good projectile that does 50 damage. Reality Breaking Knife bypasses every counter in the game. It is super effective against close-range stands/specs, such as Jotaro's Star Platinum/Jotaro's Star Platinum (OVA), Oni, and many more. You should use this move if you and your enemy are far away from each other. In Time Stop, Reality Breaking Knife has a 1 second cooldown, which is useful for more damage.
• Combos - The World: Over Heaven doesn't have much combos, but they do a lot of damage. It easily wipes HP off if done correctly. For example: H + T + V
• Using Time Stop - The World: Over Heaven has the longest time stop in the entire game, along with Star Platinum: Over Heaven and its their counterparts. During this period, you can freely stack up to 400+ damage. Use this when your enemy least expects it. If your enemy knows what you are up to, Time Stop is a bit of a waste.
• Blocking - The World: Over Heaven has one of the best blocks in the game, just right behind Samurаi and Soft and Wet. Blocking reduces about 90% of damage, making it clearly an S-Tier block. Make sure to block to avoid risks. The World Over Heaven may be a powerful stand, but it's attack speed should be noted as it's not the greatest. Blocking can change the outcome of a battle, as it greatly reduces damage.

Trivia

• The World Over Heaven can bypass every counter in the game, however in A Bizarre Day, it cannot bypass Love Train.
• Reality Overwrite used to bypass block, but was eventually nerfed to be blockable.
• The World Over Heaven and it's shiny counterpart are highly valued because of their evolutions, Dio's The World/Dio's The World OVA.
• Despite the speed being S, the moves are slower than the stat depicts.
• The World Over Heaven is among one of the most powerful stands in the game, due to it's high damaging close range and long range options.
• The World Over Heaven has one of the longest Time Stops in the game, along with the other Over Heavens.
• The World Over Heaven's origin is from the PS3 and PS4 Jojo's Bizarre Adventures: Eyes of Heaven game. where DIO ascended to heaven in the story mode.
• The World Over Heaven, despite being the pre-evolution of Dio's The World, is technically stronger than its evolution. However in the terms of gameplay, it can outperform its evolution if used correctly.
• The World Over Heaven is a very powerful stand, but back in A Bizarre Day Modded, it was overshadowed by many other stands such as Bootleg Pot Platinum and Cosmic Luigi's World. However, these stands have been removed and now The World Over Heaven can perform much better.
