Overview

The World: Over Heaven is one of the most powerful non-canon stands shown in Eyes Of Heaven and in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

The World Over Heaven is the Stand of Heaven Ascension DIO, featured in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven. It is an evolved variation of The World and considered by Heaven Ascension DIO to be the "Ultimate Stand". The World Over Heaven is among the final stands introduced in Eyes Of Heaven, as Heaven Ascension DIO is the user of The World Over Heaven and is the final boss. The World Over Heaven is a close-ranged stand with a range of 2 Meters from it's user (however this can be overwritten with Reality Overwrite in canon). It is regularly shortened to "TWOH". The World Over Heaven also has 4 separate unobtainable reskins, them being Party Starter, Galizur, DJ Noob, and Noob.

Appearance

Color Scheme: Purple shading, white tone and yellow colored accessories.

The World Over Heaven wears the same accessories as The World: oxygen tanks, gauntlets, a belt, armored leggings including knee pads, straps, shoulder pads, etc, except most of them are white + yellow.

How To Obtain (Attainability)

The World: Over Heaven is obtained by using a DIO's Diary on The World.

Talking To Pucci

In order to achieve The World: Over Heaven you must talk to Enrico Pucci and select the TWOH Quest option.
The Quest's requirements are:

• Obtain DIO's Bone and use it on The World
• Defeat DIO (0/1)
• Defeat Thug (0/20)

After you complete the quest you will get a DIO's Diary, which you use on The World to get The World Over Heaven.

You can also find DIO's Diaries from chests, with a rare chance.

Y		Fissure	THIS MOVE REQUIRES 25 HEAT TO USE.The World: Over Heaven materializes and dashes forward. Any target that comes in contact with The World: Over Heaven while it is dashing receives 20 damage, and the user is teleported in front of the target.	20 Damage	~16 sec
H		Immortal Strikes	THIS MOVE REQUIRES 50 HEAT TO USE. The user dashes forwards. When coming into contact with a target, the target is bashed directly into the arms of The World: Over Heaven. The World: Over Heaven throws the target into the air, and the user stops time. The user summons many glowing knives aimed at the target. The knives fire simultaneously and then the target is lowered back to the ground.	80 Damage (62.5 while user has Overwrite Infusion activated)	~45 sec

Trivia

• The World Over Heaven is a close-ranged stand with up to 2 meters of range. Canonically, DIO cannot rewrite the stand the above 2 metres range, making it still a close range stand. <-- this directly conflicts with info said in the overview and the jojo wiki has nothing to say about range so :shrug:
• When using the "Fallen" skin, The World Over Heaven's voicelines change to that of the English voice actor of Dante from the Devil May Cry series, Reuben Langdon.
• When using the "Blessing" skin, The World Over Heaven's pose music changes to that of Zenith's in old universe AUT, the song being Blue Zenith.
• The World Over Heaven's old pose music was JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven OST - Heaven Ascended DIO Battle BGM.
  • It's pose music is now DIO's theme Epic Version - The World Over Heaven.
• Although it is lesser known, TWOH has increased lifsteal, making it even more suitable for combat.
